Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by Married to Adventure Tours (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a trip or engaging our services, you (the “Client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your trip. The balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking agreement.
  • Payment: Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations made after final payment, no refunds will be issued, as costs have already been incurred for services rendered. Please refer to your specific itinerary for detailed cancellation policies related to hotels, excursions, and transportation.

2. Services Provided

  • Custom Itinerary: We provide custom travel planning, including flight bookings, accommodations, excursions, and other travel-related services. The services offered will be detailed in your itinerary.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Amendments: While we strive to create seamless travel experiences, unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your itinerary. In the event of changes, we will notify you promptly and work to provide suitable alternatives.
  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any changes to your itinerary or trip resulting from unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other emergencies beyond our control.
